Programs

The work of what comes next.

Every program in NextRep is built around the same framework — Identity, Resilience, Legacy — and adapted for the specific transition you're in. Whether you're an individual navigating your own next chapter, a coach building tools for others, or an organization that wants to support your people at scale, there's a track designed for you.

The Framework behind every program

For Individuals

Your transition. Your framework.

These programs are built for athletes, veterans, and executives who are in the middle of a transition — or who can feel one coming. The work is personal, structured, and designed to move you from identity confusion to clarity.

Foundation Track

6 Weeks1:1 Coaching

The entry point. A structured six-week engagement that walks you through the full Identity · Resilience · Legacy framework. You'll leave with a clear read on who you are outside the role, what's driving your resistance, and what your next chapter actually looks like.

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions
  • Identity audit
  • Resilience mapping
  • Legacy statement development
  • Post-program action plan

Transition Intensive

3 DaysIn-Person or Virtual

For people who need to move fast. A concentrated three-day deep dive into the framework — designed for those in acute transition who need clarity now, not in six weeks.

  • Full-day structured sessions
  • Identity deconstruction workshop
  • Resilience stress-testing
  • Legacy architecture
  • 90-day roadmap

Ongoing Coaching

Monthly1:1 Coaching

For those who've completed the Foundation Track or Intensive and want continued support as they execute. Monthly sessions focused on accountability, recalibration, and momentum.

  • Monthly 1:1 sessions
  • Progress reviews
  • Obstacle navigation
  • Ongoing framework application

We'll respond within 48 hours to schedule a discovery call.

Partnership Intake

Organizational partnerships are scoped individually. When you submit an inquiry, we'll ask about your organization type, the population you're serving, your timeline, and your current transition support infrastructure — so we can come to the first conversation prepared.

Partnership inquiries are reviewed within 5 business days. We'll reach out to schedule a discovery conversation.

Wellness Programs

High performance should not cost you yourself.

NextRep Wellness Programs are led by Keionta Davis, former New England Patriots NFL player and Super Bowl Champion. Drawing from his experience competing at the highest level, Keionta helps athletes, veterans, executives, and teams address the pressure, identity challenges, and personal demands often hidden behind performance.

  • Mental, emotional, and physical wellness
  • Athlete identity and transition
  • Stress and burnout awareness
  • Confidence and resilience
  • Recovery and sustainable performance
  • Team connection and psychological safety

Leadership Development

Pressure doesn’t create leaders. It reveals what they practiced.

NextRep Leadership Programs are led by former NFL and CFL quarterback Chris Streveler, whose career required him to lead, adapt, and make decisions under intense pressure. Chris brings lessons from professional football into leadership experiences that help athletes, coaches, veterans, executives, and organizational teams communicate clearly, build trust, and perform when the stakes are high.

  • Leadership under pressure
  • Decision-making during uncertainty
  • Communication and accountability
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • Team trust and psychological safety
  • Culture, morale, and performance
  • Emerging and executive leadership

Learn from leaders who have lived the pressure—not only studied it.
